Abigail Hasty, Capstone Associate - JA Finance Park, dives deeper into a local project she created: JA Mind Matters. This initiative allows students to reflect on the impact of mental health and promote positivity among their peers. In honor of Women's History Month, Abigail shares more about this exciting new project and how she is using her passion for public health to make an impact at JA Central Carolinas.
Junior Achievement's mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. JA Mind Matters takes this to the next level by helping students understand mental health. They can feel comfortable talking about it and learn how to work through problems that arise when you are an adult.
