Superfan Laura Petty went viral on TikTok for documenting her journey hand-gluing hundreds of friendship bracelets onto a gold fringe dress to create a 13 lb. custom-made gown.⁠ ⁠ Speaking to @insider, Petty explains she spent three months completing the unique look. She received a lot of positive feedback, but also came across concerns that the noise of the beads would bother fellow concert-goers. She says she was "genuinely nervous" about the negative comments, but got the courage to wear it with the "help and reassurance" from her best friend.
