freddiemaccorp's Chief Economist, Sam Khater, discusses the U.S. housing supply shortage in a recent “Perspectives” piece. Freddie Mac estimates suggest that the housing shortage phenomenon has increased 52% from 2.5 million in 2018 to 3.8 million in 2020. There are numerous reasons as to why the housing supply has not been able to keep up with the demand, including lack of available construction labor, land use regulations, zoning restrictions and lack of land developers and land to develop. (Link in bio) BTI Partners is proud to be at the forefront of creating solutions to reverse the housing shortage trend. By acquiring large tracts of land in Florida to develop planned communities, building infrastructure and selling ready-to-build subdivisions to homebuilders, we are helping speed up the production of new homes in Florida. . 📸 : freddiemaccorp . . #btipartners #floridarealestate #floridarealestate #floridaliving #miamirealestate #miamirealestate #fortlauderdale #hollywoodfl #ta...
