BTI Partners just secured a $92 million loan from Bank OZK for the first of three condominium towers in MarinaPointeTampa in WestshoreMarinaDistrict. The tower, which will see residents move in in 2022, will be 17 stories high, and include 120 condos, 78 marina slips and 32,151 square feet of retail space. According to BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone, a migration of people from the Northeast and Midwest since the start of the pandemic is fueling demand for waterfront condos in the Tampa Bay area.
