We needed a clear strategy for each team. ⁠ ⁠ ▹ If strategy A failed, we would try strategy B. ⁠ ▹ If strategy B failed, we would try strategy C. ⁠ ⁠ We didn't involve the team in each failure. ⁠ ⁠ 3.
