πI don't really believe in new year resolutions as an individual needs to have weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. As human beings, we are creatures of habit, and it is essential to build realistic and attainable goals.β£

πWith my schedule with school and work, it gets hard to go outdoors as much as I wish. However, at least twice a month, I schedule my self-care out in nature, where I get to be grounded with Mother Earth π , my mind π§ , body , and soul βπ½.β£

πI took a journal π with me this morning and a book π to read as well (turned my phone on airplane mode the whole morning ), where I set my weekly, quarterly, and monthly goals. It is the best prescription π out there, along with meditating π§π½ββοΈ in nature π². The best part is the more you administer this prescription, the more you see the beautiful relationship that emerges with being present in the now and the benefits it has on your overall mental wellness π€©. β£
