✨MONDAY MANTRA ✨ The importance of Breath Work 🧘🏽♀️ ✨The Human Body relies on oxygen for optimal functioning. ✨Breath work has many mental and health benefits from reducing stress levels, helping you sleep better , improving your immune response and digesting your food. ✨I educate my clients on engaging in the square breathing exercise as soon as they wake up in the morning , during their work day if needed and before going to sleep. ✨The purpose of holding your breath, is sending a message to the nervous system to slow down. ✨This needs to be practiced daily in order for it to be more effective when feeling emotionally dysregulated.
