Introducing your kids to the gym, whether it be helping them train, or bringing them with you for your workout, can be a great way to get them into fitness and open their eyes to a new hobby or passion. Kids tend to mimic what we do, so showing them how to safely train can give them the tools and confidence to get into it on their own.
Plus it’s a great way to spend some quality time with them!
