Growing up, aydenn_lifts would describe himself as the small skinny kid, smallest on all his sports teams all throughout high school and took his fair share of jokes from friends and teammates about it. It all changed 2 years ago after a tough breakup and his cousin picked him up to go to the gym. After that day, he never looked back and now, going to the gym and pushing himself is something he looks forward to everyday, and it gave him a purpose.
