#WuerffelTrophy Spotlight: westernmichu Senior QB, Jon Wassink, is one of the 9 Semifinalists in 2019. Jon carries a 3.95 GPA into his senior year majoring in Accountancy. He is a macsports Distinguished Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-MAC Football Team in both 2017 and 2018 and a regular on the Dean’s List. A three year starter, Jon was a 2019 preseason All-MAC team member and led his team to bowl eligibility for a program record 5th straight season in 2018. Jon mentors and is involved with “Bronco Buddies” at Tree Of Life.
