Power couple #JazmynSimon and #DuleHill teamed up to co-author and illustrate Simon's second book, 'Repeat After Me: Big Things to Say Every Day.' The guide of kid-friendly #affirmations were inspired by daily car rides to school with their kids, Kennedy and Levi. ⁠ ⁠ Simon says the affirmations "really have shaped" how her daughter sees herself. "She knows that outside of everybody else, this is who I am, and I've heard this for 16 years." She communicates openly with her children, and remembers an instance where she sat Kennedy down after graduating high school and asked her, "Is there anything about yourself that you don't like? Let's talk about it."⁠ ⁠ Her response was "No, there's nothing about myself that I would change.
