#DaniLeigh was arrested for a DUI hit and run early on Tuesday (May 30) morning. According to a police report obtained by #TMZ, Dani was driving near Miami Beach when multiple witnesses noticed her swerving in and out of lanes while speeding. She struck another person riding on a motorized scooter. She proceeded to drag the moped for roughly a block while concerned residents flagged down a nearby officer and initiated a stop. While speaking with Dani, the policeman noticed that she smelled distinctly of alcohol. The field sobriety tests he conducted on her ultimately failed. Her breathalyzer test results were 0.145 and 0.148, which is nearly twice the legal limit. Dani is now facing driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.
