Please don’t skip back days people because they help so much with

→ core strength
→ also makes your waist look smaller if that is your goal!
Now for the workout:
Bookmark and save!
1. Lat pull downs 4 X 12 (don’t rush these guys; make sure to get full extension at the top)
2. High row machines 4 X 20 (again, do these with slightly lower weights)
3. Single arm dumbbell rows 4 X 12 each side (I like to do split stance for better balance and make sure your back isn’t rounded)
4. Assisted pull ups 3 X failure (when I say failure, do these till you can’t pull yourselves up)
You don’t need a million exercises to have an effective workout! 👏🏽💪🏽
