2️⃣ Motivation- Encourage each other to have fun and get better results
3️⃣ Friendly competition- Push yourself more than you would when exercising alone
4️⃣ Consistency- When someone is counting on you to show up, you’ll show up more
5️⃣ Safety- Having a friend can keep you safe in any environment (i.e. outside, gym)
