First off I want to say how proud I am of the Oregon football team. The players and coaches in my opinion are some of the best we’ve ever had. As a life long Oregon fan It’s been a dream come true for me to be able to not just photograph the team but watch them grow into the amazing people, leaders and roll models that they are today. When the opportunity arose for me to cover the pac 12 Championship I jumped at it. The game started out badly for the Ducks but developed into one of the more exciting games I’ve covered. It did not end the way I had hoped for but the game often mirrors life. It’s hard to win all the time and I truly believe at the end of the day it’s not wether you get knocked down but wether you get back up. As I walked back to my car after the game my emotions started to overcome me.
