My curl pattern completely disappeared from years of heat and bleach damage. I’ve been using anti aging hair products for 3.5 years and they have healed my hair so much that my curls are actually coming back! ⁣ ⁣ Honestly it’s a little overwhelming but I’m working on finding a good routine to help get the pattern back. This is my second time doing the bowl method and it basically means dunking your hair in water, putting on a product, scrunching it up and dunking again.
