I wish I can say it was an easy journey, but it wasn’t. One of the most challenging things I’ve ever done thus far✨, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything! There was always a challenge on becoming the best journalist I can be and learn from it. I pushed myself out of comfort zone, traveled to different cities, states, and asked for guidance on how to navigate challenging systems such as the journalism/media field while pursuing a higher education 🎓. Being the first one in my family to make it this far, is still something that I am processing and feel proud of 🙏🏽✨. All I can say is thank you to everyone that was involved ever since I started my academic journey in 2015 🤍.
