No matter what you’ve previously read, or what incorrect information you’ve heard, the fact is that if you believe in EQUALITY then you are a FEMINIST. And “FEMINIST” isn’t a bad word. Feminism does NOT equal anti-man or encourage man-hating. Feminism is the fight for political, economical and social equality of the sexes. So if you believe that all women should be in control of their bodies the way men are, women should be paid for the same work as men and have equal rights and opportunities as men, you’re a feminist. And you should be proud of that. I was definitely proud marching alongside my brothers and sisters at #WomensMarch today.
