👋 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Wales! The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall are in Wales for their annual visit, where they will visit organisations and charities across the country. On Day 1, Their Royal Highnesses toured bbccymruwales new headquarters, and visited the newly unveiled statue of Betty Campbell - the first black woman to become a headteacher in Wales. The Duchess also visited RISE Cardiff to learn more about their work to support those affected by Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV). The Prince, Colonel-in-Chief of The Queen’s Dragoon Guards, presented #PlatinumJubilee medals to the Regiment - including Mascot, Welsh Mountain Pony Lance Corporal Jones.
