I'm not worried about pace on my long easy runs, the purpose of these runs is to get the body use to running for a long period of time....
I will be posting a video showing what a full week of training consists of for me at this point of my training.....
The nutrition fueling this run was a cup of black coffee @ 5:45am just to get everything moving followed by 2 scoops of G1M Sport from bpnsupps @ 6:15am. I was on the treadmill by 6:45am.....
G1M Sport is a great supplement for endurance training. It is a fast acting carbohydrate in the form of cluster dextrin along with 350mg of sodium from pink Himalayan salt. This is probably my favorite supplement right now and gives me plenty of energy & keeps me cramp free throughout my long runs!
