Last week The Duke of York hosted the third
#pitchatpalace UAE in Abu Dhabi. The Duke of York founded Pitch@Palace in 2014 to provide a platform to amplify and accelerate the work of Entrepreneurs. In five years, the programme has held events or worked with Entrepreneurs from 62 countries across China, ASEAN, the Middle East, North America, Africa, Australia, Latin America and Europe.
During the visit, The Duke was joined by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the UAE, Mr Patrick Moody, to meet students at the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA). Established in 2014, the EDA’s post-graduate degree gives students the skills needed for a career in international relations and to be able to represent the UAE on the global stage.
