Started this morning with some homemade pre-workout using the bianco forte roast from nespresso & beta alanine... then a sick endurance workout with my crossropejumpropes 💪💪 Got my meals prepared for the day and ready for work @ 7 Rising & Grinding winning the morning!! 9:15am: "Break"Fast protein French toast Calories: 664 I switched to a lower calorie bread containing only 45 calories/slice.
