Former Marine Daniel Penny will stand trial in autumn for the fatal chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway last May. Neely was said to have been making threats and scaring passengers at the time of the incident. Penny is charged with manslaughter and faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted.
