Today The Queen hosted an Investiture Ceremony at Windsor Castle. Among today's recipients was triple Olympic Gold Medallist Andrew Hodge who received an #OBE for services to rowing. For 40 years Vilasgauri Dhanani has provided inspirational leadership to thousands of elderly immigrant women in North West London. Today she received an #MBE for voluntary and charitable services. Also receiving an #MBE for services to humanitarian aid was Vernon Udugampola who set up the Sylvia International Relief Foundation (SIRF) which provides sponsorship for aid after natural disasters. Former multi light-heavyweight boxing champion John Conteh received an #MBE from The Queen for his services to boxing. #windsorcastle #investiture
