1/21/21 - DFKDC Digital Soccer Fitness Virtually kick around with our DFKDC Ambassadors and former D.C. United & LA Galaxy players Sean Franklin & Kofi Opare! Join DFKDC, Sean, and Kofi for an energetic online fitness clinic, based on soccer skills. This clinic will feature learning valuable exercises, stretches, and more. Furthermore, our instructors will be joining us all the way from California! What: Dreams For Kids DC has set up a virtual fitness clinic for youth with physical and developmental disabilities. This clinic will focus on body awareness, functional movement, strength, and more! Kofi and Sean will be guiding us LIVE from California! Where: Online via Zoom (You will receive the zoom conference link a few days before the clinic) Who: Participants with physical and developmental disabilities aged 4 - 24, we also invite their siblings to attend as well! We also invite DFKDC volunteers and friends to join us online to make this a truly inclusive session.
