He served for 6 years with the Army National Guard. During his service, Mason honed his skills as a 91B (Bravo) Diesel Mechanic, a secondary MOS as an 88M (Truck Driver), and received extra training as a Hotel 8 Tow Truck Driver, specializing in disabled truck retrieval. His journey in the automotive world began early at 16 as a porter, climbing the ranks through on-the-job training. Mason's expertise extends across multiple manufacturers, including Honda, Nissan, Ford, Dodge, and now Subaru. He also spent time working as an assistant store manager for AutoZone and O'Reilly Auto Parts to learn the parts side of the auto industry.
