Dreams For Kids DC held its first (socially distanced) in-person clinic of 2021 on May 1st-adaptive #yoga and #dance! Thanks to our sponsors @CapitolSeniorsHousing , @DeltaProduce, and @305Fitness for making this possible. We started with a soothing yoga session (taught by our programs manager Moya) and ended with an energetic dance session (led by @owoadek and @carrieannecam of 305 Fitness).
