From undergraduate student to future doctoral scholar, Junia Lee found a passion for research and academic exploration through the Rawls Undergraduate Research Program (RURP). RURP offers undergrad students the opportunity to engage in research activities under the guidance of a faculty member. Junia was paired with Rawls College Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Alanna Hirshman, and their mentor-mentee relationship allowed Junia to develop her research skills and academic language further.
