#repost sofia_reading ​- ​R A M A D A N • R E F L E C T I O N•⁣ ⁣ Remember how I posted about being triggered by my inability to order dates online for Ramadan? 4 days (or is it 3? Who knows anymore?!?) and now I’m sitting at my kitchen table chuckling to myself. I went from no boxes of dates to 4 boxes of the best Palestinian Medjoul dates. One delivered by my wonderful friend farzana_writes and another the next day by my sweet asia_rehman_ along with a whole bag of goodies, and then two boxes from my beloved mama in the post this morning. ⁣ ⁣ It reminded me of the Prophetic tradition whereby the Prophet Muhammad (ص) said, “If you were to rely upon Allah with reliance due to Him, He would provide for you just as He provides for the birds.
