••••••••• Canberra Meet News ••••••••• Message from head coach Alex: Our first target meet for Winter is four days away with our first training session at the AIS. Could all swimmers please be at the pool for a 4 pm commencement. If you cannot make it that is okay. Coaches will be arriving at the pool at 3.30 pm - it is important that everyone knows that we will be wanting all that is attending to sit together and in addition as close to the action as possible. It will be cold - though very warm inside the facility. Could all attendees please bring with them the following swim equipment form warm up and swim down. - Short Fins - pull buoy - bands We will be touching base with all during the week and have messages on the whiteboards. Please ensure you ask your children to follow the countdown and start to prepare for the weeks end. It will be a great meet filled of lots of excitement and energy!
