•Night At The Theatre• The Colonial Theatre has been a staple of my hometown, Phoenixville, since the early 1900s. This theater has made it through 2 world wars, The Great Depression, the pandemic of 1918 and is now about to make it through 2020. It seemed fitting to make my last post in 2020 be this monumental theater that has survived through it all. For this shot, I was originally going to have it just be of the theater itself, but then this man walked into frame and stood under one of the lights. As he was illuminated under the light, he pulled down his mask and looked a bit worn out, and then I snapped this shot, and feel like it’s a great representation of this year; It’s beaten the hell out of us, but we still made it through.
