today is purple day, an international day of epilepsy awareness, so I wore as much purple as I could find out of my clean clothes to run today. 💜 I have a recent history of seizures, but I did not let them throw away my shot. and although I don't have epilepsy, I hold the illness close to my heart because of my history. and if you want to read a long blog post about my story, the link's in my bio.
