Just a quickie tweet. Haha. Do you any of you struggle with relaxing?? How do you approach it? I had the day off. I didn't want it, but I guess I needed it. I am having a hard time navigating the difference between hard work and workaholism. So days off are riddled with guilt and uselessness. I know rest is important and I still managed to do laundry and keep my home life together. Cooking, cleaning, ect. But I have a very strange relationship with relaxation these days.
