We just have two and a half more weeks until we return back to the U.S. I can’t believe that three months have passed by so quickly! Our time in Germany has been such a sweet experience. It’s also been an extreme learning lesson. Thorben and I have continued to manage teams back in California and New York on East Coast and Pacific time. We’ve learned what’s worked - and what hasn’t- about working internationally (while also managing two rambunctious kiddos). I’ve gotten several questions about our schedule, so I’ve shared in my stories how we manage our days. It hasn’t always been easy and we admittedly have coasted on a *lot* of coffee.
