I’ve been really surprised by the amount of tulips available at the grocery stores here in Germany. (Side note - they’re probably in lots of other places too but the grocery store is the only place we go these days.) I guess with its proximity to the Netherlands, this shouldn’t be surprising but it just struck me. In the middle of a mostly gray, dreary landscape, here are colorful, lovely tulips in abundance.
