Congratulations to Andrea Canepari LLM'99 who recently received the Laurea Honoris Causa 2022 from the American University of Rome (aurrome)! This honorary degree is in recognition of Andrea's "significant contribution to Italian-American cooperation and for his tireless promotion of Italian life and culture around the world." . Andrea currently serves at the Directorate General for Country Promotion of the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Rome. He was Ambassador of Italy in the Dominican Republic from 2017 to 2021 and Consul General of Italy in Philadelphia from 2013 to 2017.
