Lowell Alliance and the Coalition for a Better Acre are hosting “Empower: Building Leaders, Strengthening Communities”, a free 9 week program to empower grassroots leaders and foster civic engagement to bring about positive change in the Lowell community. Empower will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources to strengthen their capacity to create and lead change at the grassroots level. Participants will also have the opportunity to expand their personal and professional networks and work with activists from around the city.
