Whoa. Hey, #wls account. My surgery got canceled at the very last minute last year. Like less than 48 hours from surgery. It was ridiculous. Im back on the #vsg track now, though. My (ugh) 6 month diet starts tomorrow. Any tips would be great. If I could stick to a diet for six months, I wouldn't need the surgery.
