Winner advances to August's national finals in Iowa. MesoAmerica, also known as SC MesoAmerica, won the 2023 calsouthsoccer Adult State Cup back in February over chiriacofc. The state association is the only one in Region IV to send their state cup champion directly into the Amateur Cup.
