Dr. Jewel Plummer Cobb: Cancer researcher, biologist and advocate for women in stem. Cobb’s work was focused on the field of cancer. Her research was on the impacts of chemotherapy on cancer cells, with a focus on skin cancer, specifically melanoma and its relation to melanin in the skin.
