September 10th is National Suicide Prevention Day. In the United States, there is a death from suicide every 13.7 minutes. 55% of people have lost someone to suicide, know someone who attempted, or has had someone open up to them about suicidal thoughts. Today, we not only remember lives lost from suicide, but educate ourselves on how to help others and ourselves. ⠀
