USC Student Health recorded 46 positive cases of COVID-19 among students and 6 cases among faculty in the last week — an 18% increase in student cases from the previous report. The student positivity rate increased to 0.6% from 0.5% and the faculty positivity rate increased to 0.2% from 0.1%. The increase in cases comes as USC performed about 200 more tests than the previous report, performing just over 11,000 tests in the last week.
