USC Student Health recorded 39 positive cases of COVID-19 among students and 2 cases among faculty in the last week — a 95% increase in student cases from the previous report. The student positivity rate increased to 0.5% from 0.3% and the faculty positivity rate remains the same at 0.1%. The increase in cases comes as USC performed about 200 more tests than the previous report, performing just under 10,900 tests in the last week.
