How she balances it all: “It’s all about being present wherever you are. I use Google Calendars as my concrete organizational mechanism, but I schedule hour by hour, minute by minute every day, and if I’m going to be there, I’m going to be fully there.”

Favorite thing about research: “Cancer research is my passion. You know it’s science when you don’t know what you’re doing. It has given me so much room for creativity and experimentation because it’s never been done before.”
