USC held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the $185 million Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience today. It took nearly seven years of construction, planning and designing to build the school’s largest building. Spinal surgeon Gary K. Michelson and his wife, Alya Michelson, donated $100 million to support the creation of the center.
