Jimmy Weldon was honored as the Hero of the Game on January 5, 2017. Unfortunately for Kings fans the Detroit Red Wings destroyed LA 4-0. Jimmy served as a Army Combat Engineer under Patton and is a WWII veteran. Jimmy is better known as the voice of Yakky Doodle and is the last surviving cast member of Hanna-Barbera. I've never met a 93 year old with such passion in their voice. On rare occasions he will order a "Jack Daniels with a splash", from me with such compassion...
