Insert cliche candid mountain photo* On a serious note, I am really happy with how this photo turned out, so ill try and write a decent caption. We had been driving on rt. 73, through Keene valley (one of the most scenic drives in New York imo) at just the right time. the day was filled with sun and suddenly turned to overcast and snow flurries. We happened to be at a section in the road that permitted us to pull over and snap some photos of the storm dwarfing the mountains. These weather conditions paired with the ability to shoot south facing which backlit the storm and a nice 180 millimeter lens made this image what it is.
