This past week I officially started my job with the Houston Texans- it’s been great and surreal. I walked in that building feeling confident and great because I knew exactly what I was there to do: work, learn more about the executive side of football, and deliver a successful NFL season in Houston. I wasn’t afraid to say hi to the “celebrity” people I saw; and that’s because of one thing: confidence. Key: Walk in with the right mindset every single day.
