The origins for Badger Film Group can be directly traced back to the short film, “Harvey & Sullivan”. For the final assignment of the fall semester in 2021 for Com Arts 355, Jared Rosenthal, Kaya Halverson, Sam Rebholz, Sophie Mayer, and Griffin Sparke were grouped together to create a noir movie. The group had a great time making the film, and as soon as 2022 began they strategized a project to execute independent of the course. This group, with the addition of many others throughout the year, came to be known as the Badger Film Group.
