While with us, she began her educational journey using scholarship funds we offer to the women. After her release over four years ago, she continued her studies and recently obtained an associate’s degree in Human Services from CPCC May 12, 2022. WAIT, there’s more! To top it off, Evelyn was asked to do the commencement speech! We can’t tell you just how proud we are of Evelyn and her winning spirit to break down the many barriers she faced as a justice involved individual.
